A Relationship based approach

Whether the client is an individual, a not-for-profit service or a higher education facility, the support and service provided is designed within a relationship based approach and addresses their unique and subjective needs. Given this, the roadmap for each client will vary however, the process of support, consultation and service generally follows this trajectory:

A thorough assessment and understanding of the concerns; researching the current landscape; understanding the culture, identifying strengths; discovering areas of need; identifying the perceived issues from multiple levels and voices; researching the background, understanding objectives & strategies.

2. Planning & innovative design

Extensive planning and meaningful collaborating with all stakeholders to determine realistic, purposeful, relevant & achievable actions and strategies to trial, implement and evaluate.

3. Action & change making

Providing and implementing the actual changes, strategies and interventions whatever these might be and supporting all involved by establishing meaningful support and scaffolding for all involved.

4. Evaluation & review

Through multiple, varied and relevant measures including both quantitative and qualitative processes, changes and actions are evaluated and reviewed.

5. Support & Scaffolding

Tailored ongoing support and scaffolding for all involved to enable and promote the sustainability of positive change, authentic development and growth.
